One Seventh Avenue South is a mixed-use development housing commercial space on the ground level and residential units above. The large expanse of glass at the 45 degree angle of the site creates a unique living space with ample views south. The rhythm and materiality of the façade respond to the scale of the neighboring buildings, creating a transition from the industrial loft buildings across the street to the smaller buildings adjacent to the site.
